Cancellation Policy
I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that time. I have implemented these policies for this reason.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Last-minute cancellations or clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full 100% for the scheduled service. Thank you for understanding and complying with these policies.
